Upsets....aren't always a good thing

Upsets are exciting, unpredictable and riveting but are they always a good thing. Upsets are very fun to watch if they are not in excess. This years NCAA tournament was exciting, but there were too many upsets, and all of our brackets were screwed up. It is especially not exciting if you are a fan of the team getting upset. Like this years NHL playoffs for example what the heck the 7 and 8 seeds making the eastern conference finals???? c'mon man and the Sharks getting upset in the playoffs... again. I can't even fathom the amount of money that has been lost on upsets winning. The super bowl when the Patriots were undefeated and the Giants beat them how much money was lost on that game???? It can also be a very exciting thing if the team that is the underdog and beats a great team through an upset, you are a fan of. There are upsets in the making like Applachanian State or the ordinary Giants who were suddenly great like Buster beating Tyson or the miracle on ice but the most shocking upset is when Memphis got beat by Kansas and Derrick Rose couldn't make a free throw to save his life.
