Blowing up the Lakers roster

By far the most surprising moment of the entire NBA season was the Lakers getting swept by the Dallas Mavericks in the playoffs. People thought that maybe, if their lucky the Mavs could win two, but they ended up sweeping the best team in the NBA. The Lakers sent Phil Jackson out in a horrible manner, but i'm not sure he really cares, he has 11 rings. Not only is the Lakers head coaching job a question, but the roster is the huge question mark. What do you do with Pau Gasol? Derek Fisher? Lamar Odom? do you get a whole new bench? The only player that is really safe on this once flawless team, is the leader, Kobe. He will definitely have a say in what the Lakers roster ends up looking like next season. Expect big changes. Gasol should be gone and they need to pair up Gasol and Odom and trade for Chris Paul and maybe Carl Landry. They NEED Chris Paul in order to win another championship. They also need to do as much as they can to pry Dwight Howard out of Orlando, for maybe Bynum and Carl Landry, or whoever they acquire with Chris Paul. They need at least one of those two guys, preferably Chris Paul and they need another quick wing player. Rudy Gay is on the market, because the Grizzlies are successful without him. They need to pair up Artest and Steve Blake to get Rudy Gay. Also they need a shooter. Peja (I dont even want to attempt to spell his last name) and Jason Terry lit up the Lakers from beyond the arc. They just need to get younger and quicker if they want to keep up with the Mavs, and fast rising young guns of the Grizzlies and Thunder.
