The little league world series is now over. Japan ended a five year streak of an american team winning, by winning this year's title. Japan beat Hawaii 3 to 1 in the championship game.
Manny Ramirez will no longer be wearing Dodger blue. Instead white and black. Manny became a member of the Chicago White Sox on Sunday night. Wave goodbye to the media, publicity and Mannywood. This is a good trade for the White Sox but a bad trade for the Dodgers.Manny is still a very good player, especially around playoff time. Manny will try to help the Sox make the playoffs, and catch the division leading Twins. He is coming back to the AL which means he will best fit in as a DH, because let's just say he wasn't the best at fielding. This is a very solid addition for the playoff aspiring White Sox.
If you don't already then get a fantasy football team. It is so fun to draft and add players. You get to choose from every player in the NFL and manage your roster for the whole year. It makes the season way more exciting and you get into it a lot more. It's like when you fill out a march madness bracket, you get way more into it. I recommend getting a team on Yahoo sports. It is easy and convenient to run your team. The plus about fantasy football over the other sports is that you only have to check once a week and set your lineup for the week. Get a team!
