Matt Kemp is back to the track, the wall and makes the catch, what a catch rude boy. What an awesome nickname! Rude boy, because he is dating Rihanna and she has a song called rude boy.
The little league world series is starting up and right now they are playing in the regional rounds. It will air on ESPN 2 and ESPN throughout the next month. It may sound stupid, but if you watch it once you will get hooked. They start out playing teams from around their state, then advance to region competition which is states around them. Then they play teams from either west or east USA, depending on where they are from. Then if you advance to the finals you represent USA, in the championship against another country. The other country is usually Japan or Cuba. The LLWS is always full of excitement. Last year there was a 6 foot 8 first baseman, and the team that won scored a record amount of runs and were from San Diego California. The year before that was the most player I have ever seen. He threw 80 miles an hour and was 13 years old! He was from Warner Robins Georgia. The year before that Georgia won again. The most dominant team I have ever seen was the Hawaii team from five years ago. They blew out every team and it was a surprise when they didn't pit the mercy rule on a team. In the championship game their teams best player hit three home runs. A LLWS record for a single game. The LLWS is exciting and very fun to follow.
The Ryder Cup is coming up in a few weeks, which is an event where golfers gather as a team and compete against other countries. Tiger Woods is not a member of the team... yet. Corey Pavin, who gets to choose the roster for the US says he hasn't spoken to Tiger... yet. Tiger doesn't deserve a spot on the team if you look at his recent performances. He is really struggling and there are many more deserving golfers.
