La La Land

Los Angeles, beautiful city, stars everywhere, places to go people to see... the list goes on and on, the negative, the traffic. It can take an hour to drive two exits on a freeway. A huge plus to this city the Los Angeles, back to back champion Lakers. They are the team that every NBA team wants to beat, but simply in the playoffs no one can. This is the team with the nicest basketball arena in the country. Staples Center, a monster that towers over the city of LA, that has lights gleaming off of it, and is symbolic of all the hard fought games fought by the Lakers and all of the championships won. Every team may want to beat the Heat, but no one want to beat them more than the Lakers. The crowd hates Lebron with a passion. I was fortunate enough to go to the Lakers vs. Heat xmas day game and see Kobe's awesome green grinch shoes. That was an amazing experience, especially when they announced Lebron, the place erupted with boo's. I have never heard anything louder. The stadium is a sight to see and if you haven't been there, I reccomend taking a trip down to SoCal and go to Staples Center. Take a road rip down with the family and the kids, they will love it. Although the game didn't go the way we expected it to, the atmosphere was indescribable. Every Laker game truly is an event, and a scene. You go to a Dodger game, that's cool, you go to a Clipper's game, well that's cool too, but if you go to a Laker game now that is an event.
