Too good

Rude Boy, the best baseball player in the world! He hits, steals bases, has insane power, great fielding ability and could very likely win the triple crown. Of course, I am talking about Matt Kemp. The Dodgers last year seemed like a washed up team, that was just struggling because of the ownership problems, they were in limbo. Now, after the group led by Magic Johnson bought the team, the Dodgers have the best record in the league, and the best pitcher-hitter combo in the league... by far! I agree that their are 6 teams in the AL that would win the NL, but that shouldn't take away from the talent that we are seeing, Matt Kemp. He is almost the sure fire MVP and a world series is possible, especially because of their fairly easy division. I won't be surprised if Matt Kemp wins the triple crown, in fact, we should expect nothing less.
The Rangers are still the team to beat in the AL West, even though the so called "dream team" in LA is not too far behind. The Central is ruled by the Tigers, they could win that division by 11+ games. The East is very interesting, as I think the Yankees win that division and the Red Sox and Angels win the 2 wild card spots, not the Rays. Baseball is a very very long season though, and only time can tell who is for real and who isn't. If your favorite team is struggling, even if it is the dysfunctional Red SOx, don't panic, there is so much time left.

Early predictions:
NL MVP: Matt Kemp, you would be crazy not to pick him, simple as that. Too much talent.
NL Cy Young: Clayton Kershaw, his strikeout ability gives him the edge over Philadelphia's duo and Wainwright.

AL MVP: Ian Kinsler, thats right, a dark horse. Rangers will finish with best record, he is best player on that team this year. Don't count out the Detroit Duo, Cano, Longoria, Ellsbury and never ever count out the man, Pujols.
AL CY Young: Jered Weaver, he gets better every year, and this year he finally shows just how good he can be. Look out for Verlander, Sabathia and David Price.

A story that wen unnoticed an way too under the radar was Kentucky's 5 underclassmen declaring for the draft. John Calipari deserves so much credit, what other coach would tell all these guys that they should go to the draft. Not only does he want the best for them, but surprise here, he got the number 1 recruiting class for the fourth straight year. Anthony Davis will be a stud in the NBA, a lot like a Serge Ibaka that can shoot and score better. Kidd-Gilchrist should be the second overall pick and reminds me so much of Andre Igoudala, that plays better defense and can rebound. His potential is enormous and I expect him to be an all-star soon enough in the league. Terrence Jones has insane talent and we finally saw that in the NCAA tourney. He can become lazy and unmotivated at times, but discard that and he is a top 5 pick no doubt. Him and Kidd-Gilchrist are by far my favorite players to ever come out of college and I believe this Kentucky class will go down as the best college class to ever enter the draft. Jones wil become like a Lamar Odom type player, that is a staple and possible sixth man to a championship team. Marquis Teague has a lot of potential and you want a comparison, well look no further than his brother Jeff. They play so much alike and if Jeff was entering the draft he would be a top 20 pick, so expect much of the same from Marquis. Teague could become a starting point guard but I see him as a 7th man on a championship caliber team. Doron Lamb is a shooter and slasher, simple as that. He loves to score and isn't streaky which will bumb his draft stock. When Kentucky out of all teams were struggling to score, they didn't turn to any of the stud freshman but rather the consistent and solid Doron Lamb. He will become a good player in the NBA and reminds me of a mix of JJ Reddick, and Brandon Rush type player. Don't forget about the senior Darius Miller who will be drafted by a team looking for a player that brings leadership, defense and consistency.
