"And Siyani Chambers is down on the ground! No, wait that is just his tooth." That was the kind of game it was for Harvard. After shocking the United States of March Madness on Thursday night, Harvard laid an egg here on Saturday.
All credit to Arizona though, if they play like that and utilize their shot they have a real title at a Final Four run. Who said Mark Lyons can't play point guard? He can handle the ball (from what I have seen) and he is a natural scorer. Solomon Hill impressed me the most today, and he is the x-factor for a talented Arizona squad. The real difference in the game was Arizona shooting 55.1% while the Crimson shot a lowly 27.6%. Harvard is a young team however and considering the circumstances (their 2 best players suspended before the season), they had an incredible season. What were they suspended for? Academics. So, by Harvard's standards, they didn't have a 4.7!
Sitting up here on press row, I have noticed a few things:
1. The Salt Lake City employees are incredibly nice. Kindness is a common theme in this city.
2. After my 9th bag of complimentary popcorn, I still am not sick of it. Most underrated snack on the planet.
3. Kelly Olynyk's hair rivals Rapunzel's.
4. I am so glad there are no more New Mexico fans in the building. The only fans I have seen that cheer for injuries and make excuses for their teams poor performance. "It was fatigue!"
Here comes Gonzaga! The place is getting loud! Stay tuned...
